For Square stylists. This is where you'll build and update your own portfolio — the work you want shown, what you specialise in, and how clients book you directly.
Sign in at the portal
The stylist portal runs as its own secure application, so signing in happens there rather than on this page.
Accounts are created by the salon — speak to the front desk if you have not been set up yet. You will be emailed a single-use link to choose your own password; nobody else ever sets or sees it. The link expires after 48 hours, and a new one can be sent at any time.
Once you are in, build your profile and upload your photographs, then submit them. Nothing appears on Our Team until the salon approves it.
Forgotten your password? Use “I have forgotten my password” on the portal's sign-in page and a reset link is emailed to you. It lasts 30 minutes, and using it signs you out everywhere else.
The first load can take up to twenty seconds while the portal wakes up. It is quick after that.
What you'll be able to do
- Take photos on your phone and choose which appear on your page
- Write your own bio — how you work, your specialities, the textures you handle
- Claim your training and certifications for the salon to confirm
- Give a booking link, for the salon to check and publish
Your page then appears in Our Team on the main site, once the salon has approved it. Nothing you write goes public on its own — and changes to a page that is already up are approved the same way.
