How do I book an appointment?

  • For any questions regarding bookings and appointments for quicker service please contact our salon at 702-255-7050 or 702-906-1770, if our lines are busy please leave us a voicemail. Feel free to also use our booking request form on our contact page, however please give 48-72 hrs to receive a response from our team. 

 

How much will my service cost?

  • Our pricing does tend to vary depending on a few factors; the stylist, the type of service and the current condition of your hair. So if you were wanting to get a more accurate quote on the possible cost of your color service, please call our salon to schedule a free consultation.

 

What do I do when I arrive for my appointment?

  • When you arrive for your service, if you are a repeat client feel free to text your stylist, you can also check in at our front desk and then have a look around our retail area. Your stylist will get notified and escort you back to their station.

 

Do I have to wear a mask?

  • It is not a requirement to wear a face covering but if you feel more comfortable with wearing one for your visit, please feel free. You may also ask your personal stylist to wear one if it will make you feel at ease.

 

Do you have any ongoing deals or sales?

  • No. However we do have our First Friday sale that happens every first Friday and Saturday of the month. The discounts will change and vary month to month, so make sure you are added to our mailing list for the most up to date information. 

  • We have a Rewards Program that allows you to receive $10 off your retail total when you reach over $100 in retail purchases. Ask the Front Desk Coordinators how you can be enrolled at no additional cost!

 

What is your return policy

  • Our salon does not provide cash or card refunds on products. However, we can do exchanges or a credit that is applied to your account and eligible for use up to one year after your return on products only. Exchanges and store credit can be done as long as the return is within two weeks of the original purchase date. All skincare, brushes, vitamins, and styling utensils are final sale.

 

How can I work at Square?

  • We are always accepting applications for stylists, assistants, and front desk coordinators for our team! If you’d like to apply, please bring in a copy of your resume and fill out an application with our front desk team.
